As an environmental scientist and avid surfer, I was particularly pleased with the hotel's focus on sustainability, contributing positively to my overall experience. Upon arrival, I appreciated the staff's warm welcome and their informative map which highlighted local attractions-this is invaluable for tourists. The spacious room provided necessary comfort after my lengthy 300km trek on the Camino, and I found the luxurious bath a welcome treat. Cleanliness is clearly a priority here, as everything was well-maintained. Dining at the attached restaurant, I savored one of the best meals of my trip, with prices that reflected reasonable value. A key benefit for pilgrims is the adjacent laundromat, allowing guests to refresh before the final leg of their journey. While Chef Rivera may not have the glitz of high-end hotels, its practicality combined with friendly service makes it a prudent choice for those on a budget without sacrificing essential comfort. This hotel is well-positioned for a delightful stay, all while being easy on the wallet.
